Our sawmill to play Warhammer Fantasy, Mordheim (Empire in flames) y 1650 A capa y espada is making a good progress. Too soon will be ready to placed in a tabletop!
We got most of the sawmill done. So it is the time to add extra details, like the cuttuer “machine” and the water wheel.
We check the internet to find references.
The sawmill is becoming in something major.
We decided do the easier. The gearing mechanism will be hide under the floor. So we took balsa wood and started to work. We used plasticard to do the cutter blade.
The water wheel will move the cutter blade.
We needed a round piece. We tried differents sizes before to cut plasticard piece Then we mount wooden blades.
Plasticard didn´t look nice, so we removed it from the water wheel.
Balsa wood, cartoon, plasticard, we tryed with all materials.
As the sawmill will be deployed next to a river, we add a small pier with a stairs
We couldn´t wait to play Mordheim (Empire in flames), 1650 A capa y espada and Warhammer Fantasy with our sawmill.
